1. After being applied by the project unit and recommended by the provincial energy regulatory department and central enterprises, the National Energy Administration organized expert evaluation and publicly solicited opinions from all parties, it was decided to list 56 projects, including the "300MW/1800MWh Compressed Air Energy Storage Demonstration Project in Feicheng City, Shandong Province" as new energy storage pilot demonstration projects.
2. Each demonstration project unit shall comply with the relevant regulations on the management of new energy storage projects, solidly promote project construction, strengthen system operation and maintenance, and regularly report project construction and operation status through the national new energy storage big data platform.
3. Each provincial energy regulatory department should strengthen the management of pilot and demonstration projects in their respective regions, coordinate and solve the problems faced by the projects, continuously track the progress of project construction, policy implementation, pilot and demonstration effects, and strictly control construction quality to ensure the safe and orderly implementation of projects, and ensure that the pilot and demonstration achieve the expected results.
4. Other matters related to the demonstration project shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Comprehensive Department of the National Energy Administration on Carrying out Pilot Demonstration Work of New Energy Storage (National Energy Comprehensive Technology [2023] No. 77).
